Andrew Mansuetti, EIT

Andrew Mansuetti has 6 years of experience providing engineering and energy consulting services for a variety of clients. Andrew has experience with Energy Audits and Designs, Facility Condition Assessments, and building modeling.

He began his professional career as an Energy Engineer working for AMEC Foster Wheeler. During his several years at there, he worked on various projects including government, military, and industrial clients, providing ASHRAE level 1 and 2 audits, 30% designs, M&V, and utility incentives.

Get to Know Andy
Q: What’s your all-time favorite project?
A: It’s a toss up between my first project with New York City Housing (NYCHA) for the Sandy Recovery Program and BQDM and my latest project at Honeywell Stinson. NYCHA introduced me to energy engineering, and Honeywell was a large, complex building that really tested everything I have learned so far.

Q: What do you like about the work you do?
A: This is a very fulfilling role. I get to reduce wasteful energy consumption, which in itself is good, both for the client and in general. Then on top of that every step of the process is fun, site visits, analysis, auditing and design. It’s just a fun puzzle to solve every time.

Q: What do you do in your free time?
A: I enjoy woodworking, gardening, cooking, and every time I travel I try to visit local art museums.
