National Property Consulting Group (NPC) is pleased to announce that Quality Assurance Observer Michael Lippi has obtained his Registered Roof Observer (RRO) certification. RRO candidates must meet the experience, ethics, training, and roof systems knowledge requirements of the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC).
Michael has been traveling nationwide to monitor NPC roofing projects for several years now, including several stints in Alaska. We appreciate his attention to detail and willingness to take on new challenges, and congratulate him on reaching this milestone in his career.
