National Property Consulting Group (NPC) is pleased to announce that Quality Assurance Observer Chris Rupe has obtained his Registered Roof Observer (RRO) certification. RRO candidates must meet the experience, ethics, training, and roof systems knowledge requirements of the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC).
Chris has been traveling nationwide to monitor NPC roofing projects for several years now. He’s known for his efficiency, attention to detail, and prompt communication of concerns on job sites. We’re proud to have Chris on our team.
