Paige Chapman started with NPC as a Project Engineer specializing in Property Condition Assessments, and was tapped to lead our Report Production group in March 2026.

Get to Know Paige
Q: What’s your favorite project with NPC?
A: My favorite project has been the Fairmont Hotel in San Fransisco. I admire the early 20th century architectural styles, as well as its rich historical significance.

Q: What do you like about the work you do?
A: I find a great sense of fulfillment in preserving the integrity of our built environment. It’s rewarding to know that our work directly helps buildings stand the test of time.

Q: What do you do in your free time?
A: I like to stay busy! When I’m not at work, you can find me doing a peloton workout, gardening, or spending time with my animals. I also enjoy antiquing & interior design, and I author a blog called Real Housevibes.
