National Property Consulting Group (NPC) is pleased to announce that Quality Assurance Observer Jacob Meece has obtained his Registered Roof Observer (RRO) certification. RRO candidates must meet the experience, ethics, training, and roof systems knowledge requirements of the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC).
Jacob has been traveling nationwide to monitor NPC roofing projects for several years now. He’s always ready for new challenges, and has monitored some of our most complex roofing projects. We congratulate him on reaching this milestone in his career.
