National Property Consulting Group (NPC) is pleased to announce that Quality Assurance Observer John Aarness has obtained his Registered Roof Observer (RRO) certification. RRO candidates must meet the experience, ethics, training, and roof systems knowledge requirements of the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC).
John has been traveling coast-to-coast to monitor NPC roofing projects for over a year now. We appreciate his willingness to hop on a plane to anywhere and take on new challenges, and congratulate him on reaching this milestone in his career.
