Anthony Zink

Anthony has been involved with building enclosure projects consisting of roof designs, pavement designs, structural concrete designs and investigations, water infiltration assessments, condition assessments, construction management, construction monitoring, ASHRAE Level 1/2/3 energy audits, lighting and HVAC design, energy-efficient retro-commissioning and feasibility studies. He is responsible for managing large scale projects comprised of multiple individual projects, each with a designated project manager involving multiple service lines.

Anthony was previously employed at Terracon, acting as a facility division general contractor lead with projects ranging from $50k to $8M. He was the national practice group leader for construction management at Terracon. He was responsible for interior retrofits, new construction, structural rehabilitations, building envelope replacements, paving replacements and roofing replacements. He provides a design build approach that allows an owner to streamline the design and construction projects which reduces overall cost and construction time.

Building enclosure components investigated include masonry, stone, metal panels, EIFS, underlayment, vapor retarders, windows, walls, low slope and steep slope roofing, plazas and below grade waterproofing systems. He has also managed related projects including asbestos testing/monitoring and drainage investigation and subsequent design.

Anthony was also previously employed by a large engineering consulting company as a project manager. His responsibilities included creating database algorithms to identify and rank key opportunities on portfolio projects (Asset Management). He also generated schedule and budget preparation, cost estimating and project bidding. Projects generally included hospitality, USPS, National Park Service, institutional and military facilities.
