Chuma’s 20+ years of experience includes a diversified scope of design, construction, and facilities assessment services at projects located throughout the United States and overseas.  He is responsible for the timely and quality execution of projects and overall client satisfaction. His efforts focus primarily on property condition assessments, new construction and renovation plan/cost review, reserve studies, project management, and forensic engineering services.

Chuma was previously a Principal Engineer with a national firm providing Property and Facility Condition Assessments throughout the country and well as providing project management services on new commercial real estate projects.
