Hyrum joined NPC in 2024 as a Quality Assurance Observer 1. He quickly earned his Registered Roof Observer credential and leveled up to Quality Assurance Observer 2.

Q: What’s your favorite project for NPC?
A: My favorite project I’ve worked on was in Anchorage, Alaska.

Q: What do you like about the work you do?
A: I like the leadership organization, prioritizing of training and development, and opportunities to challenge my professional growth with new roles and responsibilities. I believe these aspects within NPC allow everyone in the organization to improve professionally regardless of experience prior to joining the team.

Q: What do you do in your free time?
A: With my free time I enjoy exercising and spending time with my family.
