Get to Know Scott
Q: What’s your favorite project for NPC?
A: Being new to the company, I am excited to dive right in and explore ways we can grow NPC.  This is the industry I started my career in over 20 years ago, and I always loved portfolio deals – from the negotiation with the client to the coordination of the project.  I am looking forward to networking at upcoming trade shows and developing relationships with the nation’s most prominent commercial real estate investors.

Q: What do you like about the work you do?
A: I really enjoy developing relationships that become long-term partnerships – where the client chooses us every time – because of service, commitment, and trust.  When you are talking about transactions from tens of millions of dollars to hundreds of millions, investors need to know that their risk is mitigated.  I take pride in establishing that relationship and trust between our clients and our professionals. 

Q: What do you do in your free time?
A: My wife and I love to travel.  Some of our highlights have been touring vineyards in Bordeaux, France and the Douro Valley of Portugal; golfing at Gleneagles in Scotland, and desert camping in Erg Chigaga, Morocco.  When at home, being relatively new to the Florida sun, we spend every minute we can outside with our dog, Penelope.
