William Slone, RA, LEED AP

William has over 20 years of experience as an architect and has worked on a wide range of building design and facilities assessment projects located throughout the United States. His design experience has involved new construction as well as renovation and adaptive reuse of existing buildings for office, education and retail uses. Significant and substantial renovation projects have ranged from the Proctor and Gamble World Headquarters in Cincinnati to Macy’s flagship location at Herald Square in New York City.

As an employee at NPC Group, William has completed numerous Property Condition Assessments for multi-family residential, warehouse and hotel projects; along with detailed ADA assessments of hotels. He has also completed assessments with a focus on evaluating how the US Green Building Council’s LEED rating system would work with owners’ goals for particular projects.

William’s primary technical focus includes Property Condition Assessments and facilities design, which consists of assessment and rehabilitation designs related to solving problems with building system failures including facades/curtain walls (building envelope), roofing, water intrusion, structural and foundation systems, and pavements and floor slabs. He has been responsible for conducting projects throughout the United States and Canada, and he is a Registered Architect in Ohio.

• Green assessments focusing on the USGBC’s LEED rating system.
• Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance
